Need prayers for a good friend of mine.

Image via WikipediaHey everyone. I know it's been awhile since I've sent these out. But, a good friend of mine is going through some things here has people praying and I just felt he need more that will continue praying for him. This is what he posted to me.

I have, for the last three and a half months, been dealing with an affliction in my throat that has me severely miserable at times. It feels like I am drowning and there is a SUPER THICK mucus ( Paste- like and gluey ) 24/7 in the back of my throat that chokes me and I am not able to get it to move up or to clear it anyway...no medicine that I have taken works at all!! I have taken the Z-pack and antibiotics and Prilosec...I gargle with salt water all the time and ..NOTHING works man!! I am in torture...it is like I am ....I dunno man...I dunno what is going on half the time man! It is SO FRUSTRATING that I almost snap sometimes!! I have asked thousands of people to pray and I have prayed and prayed and prayed....nothing...God does and He has kept me by His Word though but this is something that I would rather be done with...it is funny too...I went to the Hospital a couple months ago and soon as I got there ALL THE SYMPTOMS DISAPPEARED!! Dude I tell you the truth man!! Soon as we were leaving the Hospital the symptoms came back full force!! The old lady went down in town the other day and told her Dr about it and he says that he cannot do anything for me!! I'm like...WHAT?? The man never even seen me and he tell her that he cannot do a thing for me! God has to be doing something here man?!?! Today I had a real bad attack again that lasted for about 50 mins!

My heart dropped when I read this and I began to pray for him. Please join with and keep him in your prayers as well. Thank you all very much.

Also I would like to ask More prayers for other friends of ours as well. They have been working so hard lately and our friend parents have been in and out of the hospital for several months now. Things don't seem to be looking so good for his mom right now and its not just timing but tends to get more and more serious each day that goes on. He loves his parents so much and after what we went through with my wife and my own mother, again my heart just drops for our friends here as well. His mom and dad both need a Miracle so please, Please Please pray for them as well.

Prayers for my wifes cousin

Hey everyone. That past couple of days. We have found out the my wife cousin was in the hospital and in very bad condition. Something to do with the swelling of the brain.
Well last night we heard that he got to go home. Today we found out that he is back in ER and things are not looking so good.
Please if you can keep him and the family in your prayers as well.

PRAYER REQUEST: Sara Beth

PRAYER REQUEST: Sara Beth, who lives in Albuquerque, was riding her motorcycle along a mountain range and was hit head on by a man that crossed the center line. She suffered the following injuries:

-right side facial bones are crushed
-orbital eye sockets are crushed
-both arms broken
-both legs broken
-8 broken ribs
-smashed right elbow
-shattered right shoulder
-shattered pelvis
-spine is broken in 3 spots BUT the spinal cord was not severed (one piece of good news)
-and they are afraid she is going to lose her left leg.



Like I said, let's pray for Sara Beth without ceasing! Thanks for everything, and blessings to all ....... Becky

A prayer for a friend and her daughter

My wife wanted me to send this prayer request out for her friend. Anyone with kids can feel the need of healing here.

A friend from high school found out today that her 17 year old daughter, Ashley, has a malignant tumor that is intertwined with her lower rib and has her lung pushed out of place.
At this time, the doctor believes that it developed rather quickly. They should find out within the next few days what type, stage, etc. Please pray for strength, comfort, and healing.

We may not be moving now.

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to give you all an Update on our move. Being that it really started raining hard out here with several storms rushing through. I just found out that the place we were supposed to move into is not going to happen.

I know several of you have been praying and I had asked for this to be God's will for us to move. We had really been under some stress here for several reasons about this move. Mostly from not getting any solid answers and not sure what to expect.

But today, I found out that the roof has several leaks in it and it may take quite awhile for them to be fixed. Again, Not sure, and we don't even know now if it's possible to move there anymore or not. One thing We do know is we still need to find another place. Where we are is just way to small and just no room for a family of 5.

So if you can Please keep on Praying. I know God has a plan for us somewhere. Thank you all so much for lifting us up in your prayers. Your Awesome!

Please pray for Sandy and her dog. (Softy)

An Update on Softy please continue to Pray those who are. Thank you.
Here is the Update!

I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to email back! L
The truth is, I was very depressed. Softy did have cancer on his spleen & they told me he’ll have 3-12 months to live. I couldn’t move bcuz we had to watch him like a hawk to make sure he kept absolutely still – his platelets were still very low & they were very concerned about internal bleeding. I’m trying to have faith about it, but it was very hard at first. I wasn’t eating, so I lost a bit of weight & I’m sure lowered my immune system, so, of course, I got sick again. A very weird, & painful, series of problems. Still, please

pray for Softy that the cancer will never come back. My mother's cat had a blood clot in his heart, which travelled to his leg, & they said that he had a 5% chance of survival, but he’s a bona fide miracle & he’s fine now. I need the same miracle for Softy, so please keep praying.

I have another request for a friend and her dog. Both seem to have a lot going on. Her dog (Softy) means a lot to her. I will her explain the rest in 2 parts. I had asked her if she wanted me to send this out. She said yes please. After all that is why we are here. To Pray for one another. Even for pets if it is asked. To most they are part of the family.

Here is what she asked.

I'm sorry to ever1 that I'm never on here, & never write, but there is always some crazy things going on in my life (& I've been struggling for some time now with reoccuring illnesses like severe bronchitis, swollen lymph nodes which are incredibly painful & makes me unable to move my neck, sever migraines).
Still, it's terrible of me to come on here just to ask for prayer, but, please, please pray for my dog, Softy. He just had to have his spleen removed due to 2 tumors which were sent for biopsy. Please, please pray that they will be benign (no cancer) and that he recovers very well from his surgery. He is the sweetest dog you'll ever see - soooooo loving & so good and I love him desperately! I beg you, if you pray, to just say a few quick prayer for him.

Then the update today

Just to update you, Softy had his spleen removed, yesterday. I won't know if its cancer for another few days (I am so afraid bcuz he means so much to me - he is such a sweetheart!). His red blood cell count is still low, but its been coming up (from 24 - 32%), thank God! They say the next week is critical because his count was so low & his platlettes are low, but he's home and seems to be doing really well (altho he is soooo tired).
I would appreciate any and all prayers - the Lord has already taken him safely thru the surgery, made sure there were no other tumors, and raised his red blood cell count & I am soooooo greateful!
